Staff Bios
Basetwo Media was founded in 2005 by Jonathan Galbraith, Tom Marchand, and Jeff Pelletier. The three continue to manage the company as executive producers, creatively overseeing all of our projects.
Tom Marchand
Executive Producer, Production Manager
Tom has a strong background in production, having worked as a videographer and producer in both corporate and broadcast production.
As manager of our production department, he oversees the production aspects of all of our projects as well as acting as producer, director and project manager.
Jonathan Galbraith
Executive Producer, Post-Production Manager
Jonathan is knowledgeable in all aspect of post-production, having previously freelanced as an editor and motion graphics artist.
In addition to producing, directing and project managing, he schedules and maintains quality control for all editing work.
Jeff Pelletier
Executive Producer, Director of Sales & Marketing
Jeff has a well-rounded background in both production and post-production, having worked previously as a freelance camera operator, editor, and producer.
He now leads our business development efforts, including all sales and marketing, and is responsible for overseeing all projects from an 'account' level and managing any scope changes.

Ron Coldham
Producer, Writer
Ron has been helping us put our clients' message into words as our primary script writer for the past several years and has recently become a permanent fixture of our creative team as a full-time producer and director, managing many of our projects.
Dale Rechner
Producer, Production Coordinator
Dale joins our team with almost 30 years of experience in film, broadcast television, and corporate video production, with a network of talent that spans the country.
He specializes in the coordination and technical direction of productions big and small and is responsible for the day-to-day logistics for all of our shoots, as well as in managing our production studio.
Traci Galbraith
Field Producer
Traci Galbraith has more than 15 years experience as a witer/producer, having worked as an entertainment reporter for several years in Vancouver for both CBC and CTV and as a field produced for all the top media outlets in the United States including: Entertainment Tonight, Extra!, CNN Showbiz, CBS and E! Entertainment.
Over the years Traci has worked on many EPK shoots for feature films, made for TV movies and television series. She acts as our primary field producer for our EPK shoots and many of our corporate productions.
Greg Bartels
Director
With experience as a producer, director, camera operator and editor, Greg is truly a jack of all trades.
Leading many of our projects on a freelance basis, Greg's passion and creativity as a filmmaker help us to continually improve the quality and diversity of our work.
Ethan Miller
Director
Ethan has over 15 years of experience in film, video and new media, having worked with a variety of brands and clients.
When not busy skateboarding or producing his own documentary films, Ethan brings a unique creative edge to the projects he leads for us.
James Kim
Senior Video Editor
A graduate of the Digital Film & Video Production program at the Art Institute of Vancouver, James brought his broadcast/commercial editing experience to become our lead editor and motion graphics designer in 2009.
James is constantly developing new techniques and skills to help make each of our projects better than the last.
Freelance Crew
Camera Operators, Editors, Sound Mixers & Other Production Crew
Our strategic use of freelance crew allows us to scale for any size and number of productions. We maintain a large pool of professional freelancers, both locally and nationally, with a wide range of experience including film, broadcast television and documentaries, and corporate video production.
