Video Produced for First Nations Health Society Forum

Basetwo Media produced another in a series of projects for the First Nations Health Society (formerly FN Health Council).

The video was intended to promote the fourth annual Gathering Wisdom for a Shared Journey forum which brought together leadership and health technicians from BC’s 203 First Nations to determine the future of health care administration and delivery for First Nations in BC.

Attendance to this year’s forum was especially important, as First Nations Chiefs and designates aimed to confirm the vision and map a path forward for a new health governance structure for First Nations in BC.

We filmed interviews on location and in our production studio against a green-screen and combined this with motion graphics and existing imagery.

The Left Filmed Rock The Dock for Future Shop at BC Ferries

We were asked to send out a team of covert camera operators to film as passengers waiting at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal were treated to Future Shop's Rock The Dock surprise concert last weekend.

Vancouver rock band The Left kept the crowds entertained for close to an hour while the team from Future Shop handed out goodies and gift cards.

Video Produced for VAG Exhibit on VanDusen Botanical Garden Visitor Centre

We recently completed post-production on a video about the VanDusen Botanical Garden Visitor Centre which was designed by our client Busby Perkins + Will.

The video was for a recent exhibit at the Vancouver Art Gallery, WE: Vancouver - 12 Manifestos for the City, which examined Vancouver "through an extraordinary range of practices, actions and ideas that shape and activate it".

Existing footage and images were combined with original motion graphics and some additional footage. Watch the video on YouTube.

BCAMA VISION Conference 2011 Highlight Video Produced

As the video production sponsor for the BC Chapter of the American Marketing Association, we again filmed this year's annual VISION Conference which took place at the Westin Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver earlier this month.

This year's theme was 'community' and how it's reshaping our marketing landscape. Presenters talked about the ways of creating and building deeper, more meaningful relationships with audiences and consumers.
