Videos Increase Perceived Property Values

ReelSeo.com reports on the results of a recent survey which finds that the use of online real estate videos can create a significant increase in perceived property values.

According to the study, the use of online video in marketing real estate property increased the perceived value of a home by 6%.

The survey was based on 320 total respondents having viewed homes in the $400,000 - $600,000 range, viewing some listings with video and photo and some without.

Production Support for IOC Video

Basetwo Media has been working with London UK production company CAN Communicate as their local Canadian production partner for the official preview video for the Olympic Games.

The documentary will highlight what is unique to Vancouver and its approach to hosting the Olympic Games. Vancouver's sustainable, environmental approach which is innovative and new to the games will be the film's central theme.

Production is nearly complete with 4 more days of filming coming up in early May...
