BCAA Staff Training Video
The British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA), a not-for-profit member services organization with more than 792,310 members in BC and the Yukon, who provide auto club, insurance and travel, hired Basetwo Media to produce a series of training videos for use in training sessions.
The videos involved dramatic recreations of client and staff interactions, focussing on improving both customer experiences and coaching.
Scenes were filmed with BCAA staff members using two cameras over two days at both a BCAA sales branch in West Vancouver and the company's head office in Burnaby.
"You guys were amazing. We were just talking about what a great job you all did. Patience was the word that kept coming up", said BCAA's Dave Wharf, Club/Insurance Learning and Development Specialist.
"Totally professional, on time, and the price was great, especially for what we got in the end. You guys were Awesome!"
We also worked on the project with development consultant Rob Prowse, who said: "Incredible! Highly professional, creative and a real solution-seeking team. When asked about how BCAA will ultimately benefit from these videos, Rob went on to say: "The video scenarios helped staff understand the Customer Conversation skills 'in action' which was the ultimate goal."
